Siobhan Stewart

Partner

Siobhan Stewart joined Rower LLC as a partner in August 2024. She has practiced matrimonial and family law exclusively since 2016, focusing on prenuptial agreements, custody and cohabitation agreements, and divorces. Prior to joining Rower LLC, Siobhan worked for eight years with Chemtob Moss Forman & Beyda LLP, where she was a partner.

Siobhan began her career in complex commercial litigation in 2001. She worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Covington & Burling, where she represented financial institutions in securities litigation and executive compensation matters.

Siobhan pivoted to family law to support individual people. She is deeply motivated by guiding people through the dispute process with integrity, and her clients value how she helps them discern what is worth fighting for and what is not. Driven by empathy, she keeps her clients focused on what matters, whether in negotiating a prenuptial agreement or divorce. Siobhan is an active listener and is inspired to help clients find creative solutions out of court, but she is prepared to fight for her clients’ interests at trial when necessary.

Siobhan received a BA in English at the University of California, Berkeley in 1995 and her JD at Yale Law School in 2001. She attended a Lycee Francais before high school and speaks conversational French.

Siobhan serves as co-chair of the scholar advisory committee for the Jackie Robinson Foundation, a nonprofit organization which provides scholarship support and leadership training to promising and talented college students. As a co-chair, Siobhan manages the scholarship selection process for the northeastern region, organizes programming for the cohort, and finds deep joy in mentoring students.

Siobhan lives with her family in Brooklyn and enjoys travel, cooking, and yoga.
