KARINA VANHOUTEN

Associate

Karina, who joined Rower LLC as an associate in 2019, focuses her practice on prenuptial agreements and advises clients on the intersection of divorce and estate planning.

Her experience negotiating and litigating divorce matters as part of our team is complemented by her time spent as an associate in the estates & personal group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a major international law firm. Karina’s training and experience in a variety of private client matters, including complex trust, estate and tax planning, gives her the breadth of knowledge necessary to effectively negotiate and draft prenuptial and postnuptial agreements with sensitivity and discretion.

Karina, who graduated summa cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2017, is fluent in French from her undergraduate studies at Middlebury College in Vermont. Karina is admitted to practice law in New York and divides her time between Manhattan and Miami with her husband. She enjoys skiing, history, travel and wine. In her free time, she volunteers with CitySquash, a not-for-profit organization serving young people in Brooklyn and the Bronx.
