Josh Kalish
Josh Kalish, a partner in the law firm Farrell Fritz, P.C., consults on Rower LLC cases involving complex business and transactional issues.
He has a balanced history in “big law” and served as counsel for two tech start-ups. He brings to us deep transactional experience, spanning financings, strategic partnerships, M&A, as well as technology development and licensing. Josh began his career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in the corporate department, gaining experience in complex securities work. He transitioned to startup life as the general counsel for Ingress Capital, then as the commercial director and general counsel for the Australia-based energy startup One Big Switch, and as a corporate partner at Odell Girton Siegel LLC.
He’s a people person at heart but practices loner-ish hobbies like classical guitar, fiction reading/writing, skiing, fly fishing and cycling. He has a BA from Duke University and a JD from Cornell Law School. He’s also the husband of a professional photographer.
