Guy Menahem is an immigration associate with the Lightman Law Firm, an immigration boutique that covers all aspects of U.S. immigration law, including family-based petitions, work and investment-based visas, deportation defense, and citizenship issues. Guy consults on Rower LLC’s cases where there is an immigration-related question involved. Guy has spent his entire legal career in the immigration field, where he focuses primarily on complex family-based immigration cases, deportation defense, asylum, and citizenship.
Guy graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2004. He is admitted before the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Guy has represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the immigration courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Guy is fluent in Spanish and is also conversant in Russian and French.
