Emma Barska
Paralegal and Legal Assistant
Emma joined Rower LLC as a paralegal and legal assistant in 2023. Originally from Warsaw, Poland, she graduated from Dartmouth with a major in government modified with economics and a minor in French. During her studies, Emma focused on international relations, international economics, and democratic erosion.
While at Dartmouth, Emma interned at AC Law, PA, an immigration law practice in South Florida. Having gone through the naturalization process herself, she was interested in learning more about the complexities of immigration law. Throughout her time at the practice, she gained a better understanding of the challenges associated with becoming a US permanent resident or citizen by interacting with and helping a diverse pool of clients. The experienced fueled her interest in advocacy, leading her to Rower LLC as a paralegal. Additionally, during college she worked in consulting and government policy as an intern at Eurasia Group and the Polish American Congress, respectively, and was a member of Dartmouth’s sailing team.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys visiting art museums, taking long walks, watching films, and sailing. She is an avid traveler and has a long bucket list of places that she would like to visit.
