Cris Bonilla
Paralegal and Legal Assistant
Cris joined Rower LLC as a paralegal and legal assistant in 2023. He is a native New Yorker and graduated cum laude from Hunter College, where he majored in political science. As an undergraduate, Cris interned for the Honorable Judge Ruth Pickholz in Manhattan Criminal Court and for the Legal Aid Society, where he served as an investigator intern. His internship experience, along with his coursework, sparked his interest in the legal field and advocacy.
Prior to joining Rower LLC, Cris worked as a paralegal at a federal criminal defense law firm and as a freelance paralegal for a civil attorney. His time as a paralegal taught him how to help clients who are experiencing stressful life events, and now he brings those skills to Rower LLC.
Outside of work, Cris enjoys going to concerts, attending baseball games, and reading mystery novels.
